3D Printing

At Studio Quadrifoglio we have a small print farm, we mainly utilise Bambulab P1S and X1C 3D Printers. These printers are extremely accurate, fast and make light work of the largest orders. Besides FDM printing, we are specialised in SLA printing, which uses a resin instead of thermoplastic filament. This resin can be printed with a resolution up to 18 micrometers! 3D/CAD Modeling

We have over 10 years of experience with CAD Software such as Solidworks and Fusion 360. We are always open to discuss your ideas and come to a solution together. Contact us if you are interested in having an idea brought to life!

3D Scanning / Replicating parts

Technology has advanced quite a bit lately, up to the point where consumers can buy professional 3D scanners for home use. We use a Creality Ferret Pro to create 3D scan of your object. We can ofcourse only scan the object and send you this file, but we can also work on the mesh and 3D Print the scan.

Laser Engraving/Cutting

At Studio Quadrifoglio we ofcourse also have a laser engraver, which can engrave various materials such as painted metals, wood, plastics etc. Various low density materials such as balsa wood and plastics can be cut by this laser. We can not cut metals such as aluminum and steel, for small parts we recommend CNC or Waterjet manufacturing.

Restoring parts

Since we have a huge passion for cars and motorcycles, and we are absolutely aware that parts can rust, deteriorate or simply break. We offer a service to restore your old parts, such as brake calipers, control arms and other “small” parts. We start this progress using a sand blaster with a course grit, then we carefully clean and protect your parts using the right paint. Ofcourse, we also overhaul the internals while we’re at it.
